These meetings are non-refundable due to the limited group size and preparation involved. Drop-in rates and multi-week bundles are available; please choose the option that best suits your needs. 2. Attendance and Participation Attendance is encouraged for all registered meetings to ensure the group experience is consistent and supportive. If you need to cancel, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the session without refund or rescheduling options. 3. Code of Conduct These meetings are designed as a safe, welcoming space for all participants. Respectful interaction and active listening are expected. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the session or from future meetings, at the discretion of Icy The Medium LLC/Icy Kendrick. 4. Confidentiality Participants agree to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of other attendees, refraining from sharing personal stories or insights outside of the group. This confidentiality creates a safe and supportive environment where everyone feels free to share and connect. 5. Non-Transferable Registration Registrations are non-transferable and intended only for the person who registered. Sharing login information or materials with anyone not registered is strictly prohibited. 6. Intellectual Property All content provided during the meetings, including prompts, meditations, and materials, is the intellectual property of Icy The Medium LLC/Icy Kendrick. These materials are intended solely for personal use and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for any other purpose. 7. Refund Policy All payments are final and non-refundable, including drop-in sessions and bundle packages. No refunds or partial refunds will be provided once registration is complete, regardless of attendance. 8.
