Affirmation Jesus Used

This morning my feelings got hurt pretty bad. Emotional Mastery is a tool for the Christian Witch. Being in my feelings had me livid. I wanted to throw things, break things because inside I felt broken. Feeling all of this energy my mind quickly goes to Movement/ Action. When thinking of Jesus he was asleep when the storm was going on. The men on the boat feared for their lives and went to wake Jesus up. Jesus walked up and said Peace be Still. No but so and so hurt my feelings! No I felt very disrespected! I did not feel like my worth was being honored in the way I was treated. These are strong emotions. Being a woman under Saturn, I have learned the hard way that I must discipline myself even when others treat me in ways that don’t honor me.

Can I calm my own inner storm without tearing things up. Can I align with Spirit and speak to myself Peace Be Still. I believe this is a discipline. Peace be Still
