Her work is grounded in truth, structure, and embodied wisdom rather than comfort or performance.
She is a High Priestess, psychic medium, YouTube Partner, Amazon Influencer, songwriter, and the creator of over 20 + books across ebook, print, and audiobook formats, along with 20+ globally released music albums. For more than two decades, Icy has studied the Bible and Metaphysics, integrating sacred law with lived spiritual practice and ethical responsibility as a child Mystic.
Her work focuses on emotional discipline and trauma-informed Shadow Work, supporting clients in the regulated release of stored rage and suppressed emotion through prayer, embodied movement, nutrition, and somatic integration. She is currently completing a degree in Industrial–Organizational Psychology, bringing psychological rigor, systems awareness, and containment to her spiritual work.
Icy is also the creator and facilitator of Rage Retreats —immersive, in-person experiences designed to safely discharge anger, stabilize the nervous system, and restore self-governance without spiritual bypassing or emotional collapse.
